The CARVE Jail & Prison Recovery and Re-Entry (JPRR) committee formed a collaborative partnership among several churches, social organizations, half-way houses, and statewide advocates for the fair treatment of those re-entering and recovering from incarceration.

CARVE’s Recovery and Re-Entry Committee is a referral service to coordinate resources and increase effectiveness of existing organizations and ministries; facilitating successful transitioning of returning citizens into Manatee and Sarasota Counties.

Our goal is to help those returning to their community to find jobs, housing, social services, recovery programs, mentors, and acceptance. This committee will work both inside and outside with those returning to Manatee and Sarasota County.

The JPRR committee will offer a comprehensive program forming private public partnerships to intentional fulfill those needs that may reduce recidivism.
